Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@secondglancemtl.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label or code, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if you refuse a delivered package you will not be reimbursed. The package must be accepted and then returned by the customer to be eligible for a refund.

After 30 days from the delivery date, all sales are final and no reimbursement or exchange is possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Upon approved evaluation of the returned item, we will send the customer a replacement. If alternatively, a refund is requested, the full purchase price and original shipping costs will be reimbursed.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and final sale items. Please contact us at info@secondglancemtl.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on purchases made with gift cards.


Exchanges
You can exchange your T-shirt within 30 days of the original purchase date. The T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. You can exchange your T-shirt for a different size, color, or model of equal value subject to availability. For exchanges of higher value, the difference will be charged to your original payment method upon authorization. If the desired item is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund according to our return policy.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and provide confirmation if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method based on the reason for your return. Please remember it may take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
